Everything was perfect from the entrance it was beautiful Antoine our host was very helpful, The apartment has everything you need and very clean, the bonus was the balcony to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. And the location was perfect. Beautiful quiet street at night.

  • How does check-in work? how to stay in touch?

    On the day of your reservation, you will receive a first welcome message (by email) from us. In this message we will also send you a web link which will give you access to your personal page with lots of useful information for your stay (apartment address, Wi-Fi code, TV usage, restaurants, supermarkets, museums, bakeries, parking lots, etc...). you will even be able to communicate with us.


    BE CAREFUL TO INDICATE YOUR EMAIL AS WELL AS YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER WHICH WE CAN CONTACT YOU.


    The day before your arrival, we will send you a message text to confirm the exact time you would like us to meet in front of the building to check-in.


    So don't worry, we will always be there at any time to communicate with you!

  • Is bed linen provided?

    Yes, bed and bathroom linen are provided (as well as tea towels, toilet paper and paper towels)

  • How far is the train station from the apartments?

    Around 20 minutes if you want to come by walking, around 15 minutes by taxi.

  • Is parking available at the establishments?

    We have one parking space reserved exclusively for guests booking the "Le Lion des Ducs with terrace" apartment (€10/day), which must be reserved in advance.


    This space is located 50 meters from the apartment, in a private and secure courtyard within another building.


    You can also park on the street (paid parking Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Free on Sundays and public holidays), however, we recommend parking in the "Parking Trémouille" underground car park (entrance at 63 rue de la préfecture).



  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:30 a.m. If the apartment is ready before, we will notify you. If you need more flexible hours, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties suitable for people with reduced mobility?

    Unfortunately our apartments are not suitable for people with reduced mobility, most of our apartments are located upstairs, without elevators.

  • What is the deposit for and how much do you ask for?

    The deposit is a guarantee of respect for the apartment. The deposit is requested in cash only. The deposit will be returned to you at check-out if there is no serious damage to the apartment (example of serious damage: stained/torn sheets, damaged furniture, apartment left very dirty, stained/damaged walls, etc.). We require a deposit of 150€.
