About us

 Originally from the region, we live in the heart of Dijon's historic center, just steps from our seven apartments, along with our three dogs. We will be delighted to personally welcome you on your arrival day and share our favorite spots, tips, and insider advice to make your stay as pleasant as it is unforgettable.

We are, of course, available throughout your stay should you need anything.

After selling our media company, we embarked on the exciting world of tourism in 2016. For this new adventure, we chose to invest exclusively in Dijon's preserved historic center, and more specifically in the renowned Antiquaires district*, one of the most iconic places to discover the city.

Our adventure began with Le Charmant 15, followed by Le Patio and Le Relais des Ducs the following year, then Le Charmant Bis, Le Lion des Ducs, Le P’tit Charmant in 2022, and finally, in 2025, Le Lion des Ducs with Terrace. All our apartments are located just a few minutes' walk from Dijon's must-see attractions: the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Hôtel de Vogüé, and the famous Owl of Dijon.

Tourist rentals have allowed us to have wonderful experiences and make enriching connections, to the point that some of our guests have become friends. And the adventure continues…

*The Antiques District is a true testament to the past and offers a glimpse of medieval Dijon, with its narrow streets lined with artisan and merchant shops. Behind the Palace of the Dukes, half-timbered houses, elegant townhouses inspired by the Italian Renaissance, and architectural details celebrating Burgundy's history unfold—a unique setting for lovers of heritage and authenticity.
