In order to guarantee the best rates:no refund will be granted in the event of cancellation, however we can modify your dates(if availability on the new requested dates) .
- HOUSEHOLD/LINEN The accommodation must be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness: dishes washed and put away, bed and bathroom linen collected in a corner of the apartment.
- Presentation of an identity document when handing over the keys andDEPOSIT OF €150(in cash), returned upon exit if no damage has been noted.
- The number of occupants must correspond to that of the reservation (additional traveler not authorized for all or part of the stay; a child over 2 years old is considered as one person).
- PARTIES and EVENINGS PROHIBITED.

- PETS: Clean and trained dog welcome free of charge (prohibited on beds and sofas).
- ARRIVAL TIMES: 3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- RELEASE TIME: before 11:30 a.m.
